Josh Levine recently completed a three-year executive development program focused on business management, ethics, strategic planning and marketing.
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (March 29, 2018) – Arizona auctioneer Josh Levine, of J. Levine Auction & Appraisal, recently completed his training at the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI). CAI is the industry’s premier training program developed by the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) for auction professionals.
Levine joins an exclusive group as there were approximately 860 current CAI designation holders in the world as of February 2018.
The three-year CAI designation program provides auction professionals the opportunity to earn the industry’s most respected professional designation. CAI is an intensive, executive development program offering professional auctioneers with instruction and coursework in business management, ethics, finance, communication, strategic planning and marketing.
“I have gained so much over these three years and feel honored to be one of the few auctioneers with this designation,” says Josh Levine.
Levine was raised by avid antique collectors. From an early age he tagged along with his parents to hundreds of auctions and antique shows. He developed his knowledge early in a broad scope of antiques and collectibles and became enamored with the history, stories and lessons from these items. His interest grew and he armed himself with degrees in Accounting, Business Management and an Auctioneer Certification from the Pennsylvania State program. Over 20 years ago he began his career in Quakertown, PA. After a few years experience in the business and seeing the amazing potential in the Southwest, it was decided: the seed would be planted in Scottsdale, AZ where his business would more than triple in size in less than 5 years. The company has now been in business for almost ten years with an established base of customers, two locations and expansions in the works.
