Arranging Pick Up & Shipping

With thousands of lots being processed in our facility each week we must stick to a very tight pick up and shipment schedule to maintain space allowance and proper procedure. Winning bidders must make arrangements for their items to be picked up or shipped from the facility within 72 hours following the auction.

If you can not pick up your items within the 72 hours please contact us directly at 602.258.1752.


  • You will receive an invoice via email within 24-48 hours of the auction close.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX credit cards along with PayPal (paypal@jlevines.com) and wire transfer.
  • Pay online or contact us at 602.258.1752 or reception@jlevines.com to complete payment.


We have several shipping options available that vary depending upon the size, shape, insurance needs and other specifics of your auction winnings. We have local shippers who will be happy to handle the wrapping and packing necessary and can ship to you via FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS for most parcels. For those larger items, packing, shipping, crating & freight services are available. We will be happy to work with your 3rd party shipper of choice. Please contact us for specific FFL information related to the shipping of firearms.

Pick up

All lots can be picked up in person. Please note specific pick up locations, dates and times for every auction. We often have specialty and onsite auctions where pick up details vary.

Pick up hours for our Phoenix location: Monday – Wednesday from 10-4pm.
