With thousands of lots being processed in our facility each week we must stick to a very tight pick up and shipment schedule to maintain space allowance and proper procedure. Winning bidders must make arrangements for their items to be picked up or shipped from the facility within 72 hours following the auction.
If you can not pick up your items within the 72 hours please contact us directly at 602.258.1752.
- You will receive an invoice via email within 24-48 hours of the auction close.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX credit cards along with PayPal (email@example.com) and wire transfer.
- Pay online or contact us at 602.258.1752 or firstname.lastname@example.org to complete payment.
PV Postal and Shipping is our preferred shippers who work in-house. PV Postal will do the wrapping and packing and can ship to you via FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS for most parcels. For those larger items, packing, shipping, crating & freight services are available. Please let us know if you choose to use a shipper other than PV Postal. We will be happy to work with your 3rd party shipper of choice. However, PV Postal is the only FFL approved shipper for firearms.
All lots can be picked up in person. Please note specific pick up locations, dates and times for every auction. We often have specialty and onsite auctions where pick up details vary.
