    With thousands of lots being processed in our facility each week we must stick to a very tight schedule to maintain space allowance and proper procedure. Winning bidders must make arrangements for their items to be picked up within 3 business days following the auction. If you cannot pick up your items within that time frame please contact us directly.

    Payment

    • You will receive an invoice via email within 24-48 hours of the auction close.
    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX along with PayPal and wire transfer.
    • Pay online, over the phone or in person at pick up.
    • We do not accept money orders or out of state checks.

    Picking up

    Items must be picked up at our Phoenix facility (951 W. Watkins Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85007) by the close of business on the third business day after the auction ends or a daily storage fee will be assessed for stored items.

    Out of state buyers

    Out of state buyers intending to pick up your item in person must inform us that you intend to do so. Otherwise, we assume the item needs to be shipped and we automatically begin to make shipping arrangements.

    Shipping options

    We have several shipping options available to you that vary depending upon the size, shape, insurance needs and other specifics of your auction winnings. We have local shippers who will be happy to handle the wrapping and packing necessary and can ship to you via FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS for most parcels. For those larger items, packing, shipping, crating & freight services are available. Please contact us for specific FFL information related to the shipping of firearms.     Scheduling shipment

    Schedule shipment by contacting us directly. You’ll need to,

    • Select the shipper of your choice, or
    • Allow us to select a shipper who’s the best fit for your item, or
    • Ask us to help you select a shipper.
