Insurance & Inventory
After deciding on the commission and signing a contract, we take inventory and tag your times. This process ensures the proper documentation and tracking. Prior to the auction, your items will be stored in our secure storage facilities.
Cataloging & Marketing
Our team of onsite catalogers and photographers provide photos, descriptions and dimensions to produce our online auction catalogs and marketing material. When it comes to specialized niche categories, we enlist the services of noted authorities to ensure accurate descriptions.
In addition, we tailor a marketing and advertising plan to assure maximum consumer participation and worldwide exposure for your consignments. This includes email, print and social media campaigns to our entire database.
Selling at Auction
Your consignment will be available in our online catalog for a minimum of one week prior to auction. This allows regular customers and new potential buyers sufficient time to research and preview the items.
Full payment will be made in approximately 30-45 business days from the date of payment received from the buyer.
